    Full refund minus a 15% processing fee
  • ❌ Within 7 days of departure:
    No refunds

🔄 Rescheduling & Credit

  • ✔ 24+ hours before departure:
    Eligible for reschedule or credit, subject to availability
  • ❌ Less than 24 hours:
    No changes or credits

🚫 No-Show Policy

  • Guests who do not arrive on time will be considered a no-show
  • ❌ No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling

🌦️ Weather & Operator Cancellations

  • Your safety is our top priority. Trips may be canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions at the captain’s discretion
  • If Starfish Snorkeling cancels your trip:✔ Full refund, OR✔ Option to reschedule
  • Trips shortened after departure due to weather:❌ Refunds are not guaranteed
