No changes or credits
🚫 No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not arrive on time will be considered a no-show
- ❌ No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling

🌦️ Weather & Operator Cancellations
- Your safety is our top priority. Trips may be canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions at the captain’s discretion
- If Starfish Snorkeling cancels your trip:✔ Full refund, OR✔ Option to reschedule
- Trips shortened after departure due to weather:❌ Refunds are not guaranteed
